DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE:
 
Participants will explore specific communication skills students need to connect and interact with others. The course will focus on ways to support student engagement by embedding meaningful interactive activities in your instructional practice. While using recent and purposeful texts, articles and videos to reflect and engage; participants will consider their own practices in relation to current and professional studies.

Participants will:
Know examples of the knowledge, skills and dispositions required to interact with others and enhance the learning process
Consider different strategies to build communication skills
Reflect upon communication skills as evidenced in their own, personal contexts
 
COMPLETION
Although there are no specified due dates along the way, you have a total of 3 months to complete this course. You may expect about 20-25 hours of combined total engagement time throughout this professional learning course. When you complete the course, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your Record of Completion within 1 week of course completion.
